- We partner leading technologists with dedicated public servants to improve the usability and reliability of our government's most important digital services.
- Primarily worked on modernizing Medicare's claims processing (daily volume >$1.5B/day) and strengthening federal hiring government-wide through pilots, product, and policy reform.
18F ● Deputy Director/Acting Director for Products and Platforms ● April 2016 - November 2018
- Managed Products and Platforms personnel and oversaw all projects, reporting to the Executive Director.
- Decided which projects to pursue, determined priorities for staffing and funding.
- Personally directed 18F's Federalist product, a static site build/hosting tool, growing from 3 to 140+ partner sites.
18F ● Innovation Specialist, later Deputy Director for Business Strategy ● March 2015 - April 2016
- Directed, led, and iterated project intake processes at 18F for over a year, support review and deal making of 500+ inbound leads. Ensured 18F was never short on business and led staffing before that work was spun off.
- Co-led 18F's work with the Government Accountability Office during their review of 18F and USDS.

- Planned and supported customer implementations of professional billing application.
- Provided managerial and technical support of customer IT teams.

- After bringing first customer live, primarily worked on "rescue" projects with timeline/budget risks.

- Managed staff of 13 technicians designing and running light and sound for concerts, plays, speeches, and parties.
- Managed, hired and trained 15 bell ringers. Composed, arranged, and performed bell pieces for the campus.
